| 1 | Preheat oven to 400. | 2 | Quarter tomatoes and onion and place in a large bowl. | 3 | Add thyme, basil, lemon juice, agave, and olive oil. | 4 | Add cayenne and a pinch of salt and pepper. | 5 | Toss ingredients together then place on a backing sheet or pan. | 6 | Roast vegetables for 20 minutes. | 7 | Once roasted, place all ingredients (including separately roasted garlic) into a high speed blender. | 8 | Blend until smooth. |
