| 1 | To a flat-bottomed glass bowl, add 3 cloves crushed garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried cilantro, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, ½ cup tequila,1/4 cup lime juice and mix. Place 1 lb thawed flank steak and marinade fro 24 hours. Dry the steak with a paper towel. Sear each side till brown (4 minutes each). Remove and cover in aluminum foil. Slice 1 large green pepper, 1 large red pepper and 1 medium onion. Place in a frying pan and fry with ½ tsp salt for about 15 minutes. Slice the flank steak diagonally 1/8 n thick. Place a warm tortilla on a serving plate, add ¾ cup pepper and steak mix, ½ tbsp sour cream, ½ tbsp. cilantro and 1 tbsp of salsa. Repeat till the steak mix is done. |
