Steps
Sequence Step
1Place the corned beef in a large pot. Add water to cover plus 1/2 inch. Ad all the spices and garlic. Bring to a boil, simmer and cover. After 10 minutes, switch off. In a dressing bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, a little bit Worcestershire sauce, ew drops of hot sauce, shallots, celery, and parsley. Give everything a good mix. Add a bit of salt and a pinch of salt. Mix, taste and correct, if needed. Brush the bread slices with melted butter. On a flat pan toast both sides of the slices till golden brown. Warm up 2 tbsp sauerkraut on the same pan. Put aside. Place 4 strips of beef on the flat pan. Place 3 slices of cheese over it. Cover with a glass bowl. Heat till the cheese melts. Put aside. Place a slice on a cutting board. Spread 1 tbsp of dressing. Place beef/cheese combination on the top. Top with 1 1/2 tbsp sauerkraut. Place one slice on top and press down. Cut diagonally. Repeat with theater slices.
