Steps
Sequence Step
1Set oven to 400 degrees. Place a small amount of butter in each of the 6 muffin pan cups. Place in the hot even. Prepare the Yorkshire pudding.
2In a medium bowl, with a wire whisk, beat egg until foamy. Beat in flour, milk, salt until smooth. Spoon the batter into the hot muffin pan cups.
3Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with gravy. This is a potato substitute.
