Steps
Sequence Step
1I used neck bones instead of stew meat, seasoned with season salt and pepper then browned it in olive oil.
2Remove meat
3Put onions and mushrooms in hot pan and cook until they begin to soften. Make sure to scrap the bottom of the pan to clean it from browning the meat.
4Add sweet potato, potatoes, and carrots stir together and cook until hot.
5Add 10 cups of bouillon (i used cubes 5 chicken and 5 beef)
6add the meat
7bring to a boil
8remove to simmer and add the spinach
9simmer for about 20 minutes (or until vegetables are done to your preference). Add the Barley cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
