3	cups	all-purpose flour
2	cups	sugar
1	teaspoon	salt
1	teaspoon	baking soda
1	teaspoon	cinnamon, ground
3	large	eggs, beaten
1.5	cups	canola oil
1.5	teaspoons	vanilla extract
1	cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks	pineapple, canned, crushed (8 oz) undrained
2	cups, mashed	bananas
1	cup, chopped	pecans
16	ounces	cream cheese, softened
4	cups	confectioner's sugar, sifted
2	sticks	unsalted butter, softened
1	teaspoon	vanilla extract

Steps

1	Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together flour and next 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs and oil stir until dry ingredients are moist. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas and pecans. Bake cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
