| 1 | Whisk eggs. | 2 | Add flour and milk, whisk to blend. | 3 | Add sugar, salt, and baking powder. Whisk to blend. Add vanilla if desired (I add 2 tsp.) | 4 | heat waffle iron. | 5 | Beat egg whites until fluffy and nearly stiff. Fold into batter. Do not over mix. | 6 | spoon into waffle iron and cook according to iron instructions.
These take 3 minutes in my iron - I little quicker than other recipes. |
