cupBasalmic vinegar

cupred wine vinegar

cupwhite wine vinegar

Steps
Sequence Step
1Roast the red onions until very brown and carmelized. I toss in olive oil and roast at 350 probably 20-30 minutes, stirring often.
2Measure out 1/4 c. of roasted onions.
3Add all ingredients but vinegars and oil to blender and blend until the onions and shallots are well pureed.
4Add in vinegars and blend again.
5Slowly drizzle in oil and blend as you continue to drizzle in oil.
