1 | activate yeast in warm water |
2 | grind wheat kernals |
3 | mix water and 5 cups flour with all other ingredents -add 1/2 cup of vital wheat gluten, 2 TBSP of dough enhancer( these ingr. were not on the ingr. finder |
4 | mix for 3- 5 minutes |
5 | add 1 cup of flour at a time until dough pulls into a ball and the sides of the mixer come clean |
6 | grease pans |
7 | knead dough by hand for 2 mintues |
8 | seperate into 4 balls |
9 | roll into loaves and place in pans |
10 | cover with towell and let rise for 40 minutes |
11 | bake at 350 for 28 - 30 minutes |
12 | butter tops with butter to soften crust |
