tablespoonyeast, active dry

cupoil, canola

cupmilk powder

cuppotatoes instant

teaspoonsalt

cupsall-purpose flour

scoops100% Whey Protein Isolate Vanilla powder
Steps
Sequence Step
1Dissolve sugar in water and mix in Yeast. Grow for 10 minutes
2Add Warmed Eggs, Oil, Dry Milk, Potato, Protein Powder and start mixer
3Add 6 Cups flour and Salt Until mixed then add 2 more flour. If dough is really soft add the remaining 1/2 cup at a time.
4The dough will absorb moisture as the potato mixes in. Mix for no less than 12 minutes.
5Move to oiled bowl and let rise until no less than double it''s size (Usually it gets nearly 3 times the original. Form into buns and let rise again, then bake at 325 for about 17 minutes.
