Steps
Sequence Step
1Dice or purchase pre cut Zucchini, Squash, onions. Add Kale, your preference amount, we like the protein It adds to the flavor. Place all into stockpot with 1.5 cups water and Chicken bouillon. Cook on medium heat until veggies reach desired consistency. We prefer soft cooked. This is a good time to add seasoning. I use Saxon, an onion, garlic and basil blend found more in the ethnic spices locale, while vegetables are simmering. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly for 10 minutes. Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees. Blend eggs with basil and set aside. Place your vegetables in container of your choice and cover with cheese. Pour eggs onto cooked vegetables. Blend together. Sprinkle White pepper and paprika, Bake for approx.. 25 minutes. Enjoy
