cupswheat flour, white wholewheat

cupolive oil

cup (8 fl oz)water (reserved from cooked beans or vegetables)

Sequence Step
1combine oil and flour in food processor until grainy
2add water slowly until a soft ball is formed. You may need to adjust to more or less that 1/4 cup.
3Before removing from food processor, add spices as desired - salt, italian seasonings, etc. to make the flavor you like.
4Form into ball and divide into quarters, then roll each quarter into a "snake" and divide it into thirds. These pieces are then formed into 12 small balls.
5Dust rolling surface with flour, and roll flat into 6-8 inch tortilla.
6Place each tortilla onto hot skillet (medium heat) for 30 seconds on each side, or until slightly browned.
7Store in gallon-sized ziplock bag with paper towel shielding the plastic bag.
8Store in gallon-size ziplock bag between paper towels. Reheat for 10 sec. in microwave to resoften.
