Steps
Sequence Step
1Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder, then add the sugar and salt, and set aside.
2Combine the Eggs, Vanilla extract, milk, and butter (Melted)
3Dilute the granulated coffee into a small amount of water
4Combine the dry mixture and the wet mixture. whisk it, until well combined. Add the hot water at the end.
