  |  | 1 | heat heavy wok to high and melt 1 tsp coconut oil to coat the surface. |  | 2 | season ground turkey with onion powder, sea salt, and pepper. Salute until browned. Remove with slotted spoon and place into a large chili pot. |  | 3 | Add 1 tsp coconut oil to remaining oil in the wok. Saute onion, celery, bell pepper, carrots and poblano pepper (de-seeded and diced) for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned.
