Steps
Sequence Step
1Rinse and cut a large head of cauliflower, tossing the main stem and leaves and cutting up the small stems. Put carrots, garlic and onions in a food processor and grate. (Add 1 t. Lawry''s Seasoning Salt, 1/2 T. No-Salt, and 1/2 T. freshly ground black pepper, or adjust to taste. Remember to allow for the extra sodium, etc.) Put everything into a pan, add water to cover and bring to a boil with the lid on. Turn to low simmer once it boils and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Turn off the burner and let it sit 10 minutes to finish cooking. Drain out most of the liquid (save to drink later). Add nonfat evaporated milk (wasn''t an option on the website) and blend just until large lumps remain. Can enjoy it hot or cold.
