1 1/2	cups	all-purpose flour
1	cup	sugar
1	Usda default (100 gm - 4 oz)	Instant No Fat Pudding Mix
1 1/4	teaspoons	baking powder
1/4	teaspoon	salt
1	stick	butter
1	large	eggs
1	large	egg yolks
3/4	teaspoon	Pure vanilla extract
1/4	cup	sour cream
1 1/2	teaspoon	Pure vanilla extract
1/4	cup	milk - 2%
1 1/2	cups fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)	Cream, fluid, heavy whipping
5	tablespoons	confectioner's sugar, sifted
1	cup, sliced	fresh strawberries

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	Beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
2	Add egg and vanilla and beat until combined.
3	Add the dry ingredients and milk alternately, started and ending with the flour, beating well after each addition. Continue beating for one minute.
4	Divide batter between cup cake cups. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
5	Core cupcake and fill with strawberries.
6	Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
7	Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
