| 1 | First chop up the green pepper and mince the garlic cloves. | 2 | Then put the pound of raw ground beef on the stove and throw in the veggies. | 3 | Once meat is fully cooked, open the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste and throw it in with the meat. | 4 | Then throw in the salt and pepper and continue to stir and cook for the next 40 minutes or so. | 5 | Cook pasta in separate pot according to package. | 6 | Drain pasta and put sauce over pasta. Top with cheese. |
