Steps
Sequence Step
1Beat sugar, agave, and softened butter with mixed until smooth.
2Add eggs one at a time and beat until smooth, then add about 6 medium mashed bananas.
3In a small cup, combine 5 tbsp of milk and 1 tbsp vinegar, and allow to sit until you are ready to use. (Let sit at least 3-4 min) to allow the milk to "sour".
4combine dry ingredients together and slowly add into the mixture. Beat on low to combine. Before emptying all contents of dry ingredients, slowly alternate adding sour milk and remaining dry ingredients.
5Pour batted into greased or paper lines muffin tins, or into 2-4 loaf pans, about 2/3 full.
6Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 min, or until Light golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Loaves will require about 10-15 min of additional time.
