Seasoned Salmon and Spaghetti Squash

Recipe Description Ingredients: Amount Measure Ingredient 16 Ounces Salmon 1/2 Cup 2% milk 1/2 Whole Spaghetti squash 2 Tablespoons Salt 1/2 Tablespoon Black pepper 1 Teaspoon Season it all 1/2 Cup Olive oil Steps: - Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and place nonstick pan on stove. - Once preheated, cut spaghetti squash in half (long ways). Find baking dish and pour just enough water to cover the bottom into the pan. - Remove all seeds from spaghetti squash and place flat side down in pan - Place in oven for about 40 minutes, or until soft. - Once time is up, pull out of oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes. This is when we begin the salmon - Measure and pour ¼ cup of olive oil. Pour into pan. - Cut salmon into two even pieces. Get out a bowl and pour ½ cup milk into bowl. Place salmon in bowl for 5 minutes. - Take salmon out of bowl and place on plate. Season with half of all seasonings. ( salt, black pepper, and season it all) - Once pan is hot, pan sear salmon on both sides for 1 min

( salt, black pepper, and season it all) - Once pan is hot, pan sear salmon on both sides for 1 minute. - Remove salmon from heat and place directly into the oven for about 8 minutes, or until your salmon is cooked. - Remove salmon from oven. - Now you will use remaining seasonings and olive oil. Turn your spaghetti squash over and use fork to remove squash from outer skin. Once this is placed in a bowl pour olive oil and seasonings on spaghetti squash for flavor. - Plate and enjoy!
