Recipe Description blend the fructose with vegetable oil, combine the olive oil, warm water, vanilla, soy lecithin together then add to fructose and vegetable oil beat till mixture begins pipping then gradually add mixed flour,baking soda, sea salt to the mixture with chocolate chip. After thoroughly mixed lay dough out on table and spread by roller or hand till dough thickness is determined by the chocolate chips. using a 2 inch diameter round cookie cutter, cut and place cookies 1 inch a part in 3 rows for a total of 15 cookies per pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees bake for 7 minutes or until light golden color in center and golden brown around the edge.
