largeeggs
1
cupoatmeal
1
cupall-purpose flour
2

2
teaspoonvanilla extract
1

1
cupchocolate chips, semi sweet
1
cupcoconut, flaked, sweetened
1
cup, choppedwalnuts,chopped
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350°F
2Cream together butter, peanut butter, and both sugars. Once well creamed add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
3Slowly add dry ingredients. Your mixer may not be able to handle it so you might have to do it by hand - I have to use the dough hook on my KitchenAid stand mixer to do this.
4Drop by spoon onto cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F for 12-13 minutes until just golden. If using upper and lower racks in the oven switch the cookie sheets halfway through baking time to ensure even cooking.
5Let cool on cookie sheet a few minutes to set up before removing to a cooling rack or eating.
