Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Generously butter and lightly flour 3 8" x4" loaf pans
2In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Stir.
3Add zucchini in half cups and stir by hand with a large spoon.
4Add in applesauce, eggs,stir.
5Add in raisins, sunflowers,pumpkinseed, chocolate chips. Stir.
6Mix very well with rubber scraper or wooden spoon. Set aside.
7Pour 1\3 batter into each prepared pan.
8Put all pans into oven, on middle rack. Bake 45-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
9Remove from the pans or set aside and let cool and slice. Each pan yields 12 slices.
