Steps
Sequence Step
1How I do it: chop onion and garlic and cook in olive oil over very low heat for about five/ten minutes (to infuse the flavors into the oil). Add tomatoes at low heat and cook another ten minutes. During this time, chop cabbage and assemble other ingredients, adding all and cooking an additional 20 minutes over low heat.
