Recipe Description We found this recipe when our daughter and daughter-in-law was pregnant. The whole family loves them and can't keep enough made.

cupoatmeal-old fashioned rolled

cup, small curd (not packed)cottage cheese

extra largeeggs

teaspoonsbaking powder, Gluten free

teaspoonsvanilla extract

teaspoonliquid stevia
Steps
Sequence Step
1Grind dry rolled oats in blender until flour like consistency. Add 1 cup cottage cheese, 4 to 5 eggs and blend well in blender. Add baking powder, vanilla and approx. 10 drops of stevia.
2Pour 1/3 cup onto hot gridle. Turn once when bubbles form. Remove from griddle and cool if going to freeze. Or eat and enjoy.
