1 | Get out equipment |
2 | Place 2 cups of water in sauce pan add two beef bouillon cubes to water and bring to a boil |
3 | in the meantime, prepare sauce by slicing mushrooms and chopping onion |
4 | Place 2T of butter in medium skillet, add onions and mushrooms and cook over medium heat until soft; remove from pan. |
5 | Bring a large pot of water to a boil. cook egg noodles in boiling water until done, about 8 minutes. drain |
6 | Mix flour and beef broth together |
7 | Melt remaining butter in deep skillet. cook beef in melted butter until browned |
8 | Stir in beef broth and flour mixture and cook until slightly thickened |
9 | Add mushroom and onion; stir in sour cream |
10 | Season to taste with salt and pepper |
