Steps
Sequence Step
1preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius or gasmark 6
2melt the margarine in microwave
3top and tail, and then peel and grate the carrots
4combine carrots, sugar and margarine in the mixing bowl
5sift in the flour, cinnamon and baking powder
6beat the eggs in a small bowl and then add to the mixture
7mix in sultanas
8divide the mixture equally between the muffin cases, using the 2 middle spoons
9bake for 20 mins
