| 1 | Chop chicken in cubes, put in pot with broth and bring to soft boil. Boil for 10 minutes then add Mrs. Dash, Carrots and Beans. In a separate pot boil squash and onion in 1 cup of water until tender. Transfer to blender with cashews that have been soaked for an hour in hot water. (The higher power the blender the creamer the squash mixture.) Add cashew mix to chicken and cook for 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender. Salt to taste |
