Steps
Sequence Step
1In a high speed blender or food processor blend superfood blend, agave, melted coconut oil, vanilla and salt.blend until smooth
2In a large bowl, combine PBFit with oats, shredded coconut, dried fruit, pumpkin and chia seeds. Stir agave almond mixture into dry ingredients.
3Spread mixture onto parchment or silpat lined sheet tray, cover with wax paper or more parchment and press evenly to compact. Cut into 25 bars
4*tip: My mixture seemed very dry the first time I made this and I had to add some almond milk (tblsp at a time) until it came together. I then slipped it into the refrigerator for an hour to let set before slicing. Also any dried fruit that you like will do....
