| 1 | Over medium heat sauté the sausage for 2 min to render out the fat.
Add the celery, onion, carrots and garlic. Sautee for 5 min to soften the veggies. Add the cabbage and mushroom and sauté for an additional 5 min.
Add the stock and seasonings and simmer for 20 min. |
