| 1 | combine first 4 ingredients and then sprinkle on both sides of chicken breast, then coat each side with parmesan and flour. | 2 | Heat skillet. When hot, add olive oil. Brown chicken breast on each side and then remove. | 3 | add white wine to deglaze pan, cook for 1 minute then add chicken broth. Bring to simmer and return chicken breasts to the pan. Simmer until liquid is reduce by half, then add green onions and capers. Cook additional 2 minutes. |
