cupoil, canola

cuppumpkin (canned)

cup, choppedcranberries (fresh)
Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large bowl combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
2Pour pumpkin mixture into dry ingredients, stir just until moistened.
3Stir in cranberries.
4Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8x4 inch loaf pans.
5Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min or until wooden pick comes out clean.
6Cool for 5 to 10 min., remove from pans.
