1	package	Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1	can (303 x 406)	Corn, cream style
1	can, 15 oz (303 x 406)	Corn, canned whole kernel, drained
1	stick	Butter, melted
1	cup	Sour cream
3	large	Eggs
1/2	teaspoon	salt

1	Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2	In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well.
3	Pour the mixture into the casserole dish.
4	Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until the spoonbread is set and not jiggly.
