Steps
Sequence Step
1preheat oven to 350 and line muffin tin with liners or spray with cooking spray.
2combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in small bowl and set aside. In separate bowl whisk together agave, oil, applesauce, yogurt, milk, egg, and zest.
3add flour mixture to wet ingredients until just moistened.
4divide batter evenly among muffin cups. bake 16-20 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
