cups, shreddedshredded mozzarella cheese (low-fat)
Steps
Sequence Step
1Bring water to a boil
2Slowly add pasta. Stir constantly until water boils again. Cook about 8 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook. Drain well. Set aside for Step 5.
3Brown ground beef. Drain well.
4Add onions and cook for 5 minutes.
5Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, pepper, and italian seasoning and pasta. Mix gently.
6Divide all ingredients equally among steam table pans. Heat in oven until 160 or higher.
7Evenly divide cheese and sprinkle over pans. Hold for hot service at 135 or higher. Discard leftovers.
