Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 450 degres. In a 9"x11" pan, cut cauliflower into florets. Toss with Olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
2Reduce oven temp to 350 degrees. Mix together the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, green onions and garlic powder. Set aside.
3Toss shredded chicken and cauliflower together in the pan. Cover with the cream cheese mixture. Top with cheddar and gouda cheese. Place in oven and bake 40 minutes.
