Steps
Sequence Step
1Whisk together all ingredients except the fish.
2Place fish in plastic bag or coverable dish. Pour marinade over fish. turning fish so both sides have marinade on them.
3Place marinating fish in refrigerator. Marinate from 4 hours to overnight.
4Place a frying pan over medium low heat. While pan heats remove fish fillets from marinade. Discard marinade.
5Add 2 teaspoons of a high heat tolerant healthy oil ( MCT, Avocado). Add fish fillets. Cook 5-8 minutes per side. Longer if needed. Cook to internal temperature of 140 degrees.
