Ingredients
Amt. Measure Ingredient
1
poundextra lean ground beef
16
ounceLamb, ground, raw
1
tablespoonbasil, dried
1
tablespoonrosemary, dried
2
teaspoonSeasoning Salt - Sea Salt
Steps
Sequence Step
1mix ground lamb and ground beef together with hands, make sure to massage and mix the meat well. I used a 1/4 cup italian seasoning blend but the recipe creator couldnt find this in the list of options so I had to just enter some herbs. Add seasoning and salt to the meat and mix with your hands very well to get all the seasonings distributed throughout the meat. Once you have done that, get a skillet and a splash of oil or cooking spray and heat the pan on medium heat. Start rolling into small to medium size balls. Mine came out to 18 total meatballs. I like to pan fry them first then I cook them the rest of the way in the oven on 425 degrees for about ten minutes. every oven is different
