teaspoonkosher salt

cups, mashedmashed RIPE bananas

cupgranulated sugar
1/2
cup (8 fl oz)yogurt, organic, plain, non-dairy
1/2
cupcanola oil
1
teaspoonvanilla extract/pure
Steps
Sequence Step
1whisk flour, baking soda and salt together
2whisk mashed bananas, sugar, yogurt, oil, and vanilla together
3Gently fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients--ok if there are lumps
4pour into prepared 9 by 5 by 3 loaf pan
5Bake in 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes, or until tester comes out clean
6Cool loaf in pan for 30 minutes
7remove from pan and cool completely on rack
8store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days
