| 1 | Grind Millet into flour, using mill, coffee grinder or blender. | 2 | Pour ¾ cup water into saucepan and bring to a boil. | 3 | Whisk millet and salt into remaining ¼ cup of water. | 4 | Gradually whisk grain mixture into boiling water. | 5 | Return to boil. Turn heat very low, cover and simmer until done, about 10 minutes. | 6 | Add honey, cinnamon, butter or whatever flavoring you enjoy. |
