Steps
Sequence Step
1Saute vegetables in olive oil for few minutes till tender
2Whisk eggs and egg whites together. Add seasonings and pour over vegetables. Cook till eggs are almost completely set and then add cheese
3Fold omelet over and let cheese melt.
4Serve with salsa
