cupplain bread crumbs

dashReal Salt, to taste

dashpepper, organic, to taste

largeegg white
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350°.
2Oil a baking pan.
3Wash salmon, pat dry, and spread mustard over the top.
4Mix parsley, oregano, thyme and bread crumbs together. Season with salt and pepper.
5Blend in egg white to bind mixture together. Spread over mustard.
6Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets.
7Remove from oven and serve.
