| 1 | Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add to oat bran and flax. | 2 | In a seperate bowl beat the egg. Add the canola oil, yogurt, apple butter, and apple sauce. Mix well. | 3 | Fold in the finely chopped apple, raisins and sugar. | 4 | Lightly grease the muffin tins with cooking spray. Place two heaping tablespoons of batter in the tins. | 5 | Place in the oven preheated to 350F for 20 minutes or until they are springy to the touch. |
