cup (8 fl oz)Yogurt, vanilla, low fat
Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat raspberries in a saucepan over low heat. Add fructose and stir until dissolved.
2Strain cooked raspberries through a fine sieve back into saucepan. Discard seeds.
3In a small dish, combine water and cornstarch. Stir until cornstarch is completely dissolved.
4Add cornstarch mixture to raspberry puree. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Continue until slightly thickened. Chill before serving.
5Scoop 1/3 cup of yogurt into individual glasses. Top with a drained peach half and 2 tbsp of chilled raspberry sauce. Serve immediately.
