| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°. | 2 | Oil a baking pan. | 3 | Wash salmon, pat dry, and spread mustard over the top. | 4 | Mix parsley, oregano, thyme and bread crumbs together. Season with salt and pepper. | 5 | Blend in egg white to bind mixture together.
