cupWhole Wheat Pastry Flour, Bobs Red Mill

oz (14 halves)walnuts, organic
Steps
Sequence Step
1defrost juice- put in big bowl
2add flaxseed meal- let sit for 5 minutes
3add cinnamon, cocoa powder and shortening
4now mix in baking soda, let foam
5add in flour and nuts
6bake at 350 for about 20 minutes
