| 1 | Use olive oil to cook onion, garlic and shallots till soft.
Add well drained spinach to pan, cook till spinach is warm. Remove pan from heat add nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste, cream cheese, parmesan cheese and milk. Mix well and transfer to baking dish.
Bake @ 350 for 45 minute or until golden brown |
