Steps
Sequence Step
1"In a large skillet melt the stick of butter.Cube chicken with meat cutting shears.Cook until no longer pink.
2Add garlic and seasoning''s and stir for about 3 minutes.Remove chicken mixture,set aside
3Add peppers and onions.Cook for about 5 minutes.Turn heat down to warm.
4Chop chicken mixture finely.
5Add chicken to peppers and onions and set aside.
6Very lightly butter one side of each tortilla.On the other side spread a thin layer of refried beans,then a thin layer of sour cream top with 1/4 of the chicken mixture then top with cheese.DO NOT BRING MIXTURE TO THE EDGE OF THE TORTILLAS.
7Top each prepared tortilla with the other tortilla butter side up and other butter side down.Put in skillet or which ever you use and grill on each side.When the tortillas are golden and crispy they are done.
8Serve with Sour Cream and Guacamole.Bowl of Pinto Beans goes very nice along with the Quesadillas.
