Steps
Sequence Step
1Saute red pepper, and spinach in pan till cooked to desired doneness. Can spritz with olive oil.
2Whisk eggs and egg whites together and pour over peppers and spinach.
3Cook till eggs start to set then add cheese and seasonings to taste. Salt, pepper, basil or italian seasoning.
4Serve hot, with salsa if desired.
