| 1 | Mash Banana in large microwavable bowl. Add oats and milk, and stir. Microwave 3 minutes, stirring after each minute. Add nuts and seeds. The original recipe called for walnuts but I have a sensitivity to them so I use pecans. I also omit the wheat germ because I keep forgetting to get some! There are other optional grains you can add in its place. |
