Recipe Description I made this recipe by taking the ingrediants and directions from both a cookbook and a packet of fajita mix

Ingredients

tortilla (approx 12" dia)Tortillas, fat-free flour

pound, rawcups chicken, cut into strips & cooked (approx. 4 cups)

ouncediced tomatoes and green chiles can

tablespoonsmexican sauces

cup, shreddedFat Free Cheese

Usda default (100 gm - 4 oz)Sour cream, fat free 1 1/4 cups
Steps
Sequence Step
1Grill chicken breast, I used a George Forman grill. Cut into strips.
2Place grilled chicken in a lightly coated (pam)skillet. take 1 packet of fajita mix (like McCormick, I couldnt find it on the ingrediant list) add water as instructed on packet add seasoning to chicken
3Add diced tomatoes and green chiles. to skillet, stir until water starts to cook down.
4Place tortillas in macrowave to warm as instructed on package
5take one tortilla, dip one side in water, while holding in your hand in a taco shape add cheese and chicken mixture.
6Roll dry side over first then wet
7Place in a lightly sprayed with pam 9x13 pan, flap side down
8continue with remainder of mixture
9coat tops lightly with sour cream and sprinkle remainder of cheese on top
10back in oven at 350 for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melted
